Jim Mills is the managing director at Merit Planning Hills – he is a recognised expert in the advice field and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Jim is passionate about connecting with his clients and is a firm believer that financial services are best delivered in collaboration with clients’ accountants. 

He will work closely with your accountant to ensure all strategy is aligned with your financial journey – we have found that our clients always do better when we work together!

Jim specialises in the SMSF and investment strategy space and has a track record of ensuring clients get on track and stay on track.

Sarah Mills is the general manager and director of Merit Planning Hills – she has over 15 years of financial services experience. Sarah specialises in family group advice and estate planning.

Sarah is passionate about ensuring our clients are fairly represented in the life insurance claims space and has a track record of getting our clients their rightful entitlements.

Sarah is also instrumental in the overall management of Merit Planning Hills’ business operations, ensuring our service and processes remain relevant and innovative.

He is also an amazing fountain of knowledge for all things Centrelink, having spent over 32 years as a senior technical services manager there.

Elaine Stewart-Moyle

Elaine is our Client Service Manager with over 24 years industry experience. 

Elaine will walk you through the administration implementation of your plan and is also heavily involved in our day-to-day market trading activity. 

Elaine will generally be your first port of call regarding investment and related paperwork, she has an excellent handle on all customer enquiries helping navigate you through the complexity of advice administration to ensure your experience is a positive one.

Client Service Manager

Henry Wilden

Henry is our Client Service Manager with over 20 years industry experience. Henry will generally be your first introduction to Merit Planning and manages our initial client onboarding process. He is also an insurance expert managing our insurance applications and claims administration. Henry is passionate about ensuring our clients have an outstanding customer experience and is involved with every step up to implementation of your plan and the management of any of your queries and ongoing advice development.
